Several different sealant materials,including but not limited to, spot sealer, mastic sealer
and hemming sealer. Reinforcement pads are used to increase the strength of the car
body. Asphalt sheets are used as sound deadener.
Spot sealer
Is rubber based expandable sealer for the purpose of sealing for spot welded parts of car body, used as anti-corrosion and avoid water leakage at spot welding position
Mastic sealer
Is rubber based expandable sealer for the purpose of sealing outer and inner panel, used as anti-flutter and panel stiffness.
Hemming Sealer
Is epoxy based sealer for the purpose of sealing hem flange at doors, hood and trunk lid, used as anti-corrosion and stiffness for hem flange.
Reinforcement Adhevise Pad
Is epoxy based pad adhesive with glass cloth layer for the purpose to stiffen and reinforced panel, where the required strength needed more, such as quarter, doors, fender and hood.
Insulation Adhesive Pad
Is synthetic rubber based high foaming pad adhesive for the purpose to absorb noise, used as insulation to fill the column where noise might occur such as, pillars, roof, and side sill
Structural adhevise
Is epoxy based sealer for the purpose of sealing body structure at certain spot weld area, used for stiffness and fatigue of body structure.
